Meet Beth

I’ve been a personal trainer at Tops Fitness & Rehabilitation since summer 2021, straight after gaining my advanced level 3 Personal trainer and business management qualification. 

I have 7 years experience in the industry, with my current athletic background being a natural figure bodybuilding champion. After qualifying as a personal trainer I have been working alongside Natasha and our physiotherapy team at Tops to improve the well-being and performance of our rehabilitation, disability and lifestyle clients. 

I have also started up my own online coaching business and completed my first successful year as a bodybuilding prep coach, achieving multiple top 3 placings and British final invitations through the 22 season. I am currently offering hourly personal training sessions covering strength, fitness, postural/imbalance corrections, balance & coordination and nutritional guidance.
